PREPARATION: Close windows and doors and keep pets inside (unless we are treating inside, then pets must be out). Move small items away from the walls.

DURING TREATMENT: All occupants and pets must vacate the premises for 2 hours, unless we are only treating the basement and outdoors, then just keep out of these areas for 1-2 hours.

ESTIMATED TIME TO DO TREATMENT: The technician will be on the premises approximately ½ to 1 hour

CHEMICALS/TREATMENT USED: Dursban Pro, Conquer, Demon EC – We will do a preventive power spray on the outside foundation and treat cracks and crevices and the perimeter of the basement.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: If seeing insects on upper floors, we will also use crack and crevice treatment, but may also use dust insecticides in highly infested areas. 60 day warranty.
