PREPARATION: None required.

DURING TREATMENT: All occupants and pets may remain on the premises during treatment.

AFTERCARE: Pick up and dispose of trapped rodents immediately.

ESTIMATED TIME TO DO TREATMENT: The technician will be on the premises approximately 1 hour.

FOLLOW UP: One follow-up visit will be automatically scheduled for 7-10 days after the initial visit at no charge.  We will continue to follow-up as needed until the mice have been successfully eliminated.

CHEMICALS/TREATMENT USED: Contrac Meal – a one feed bait much better then D-Con because rodents only have to feed on it once before they die.  (with D-Con the mice have to consume several times before they die); Gluetraps – safe, non-toxic, disposable; Stuff-It, a copper mesh material used to seal up the holes in the foundation where the mice are getting in.  If pets are residing in the home, we will avoid using bait or we will only place it in tamperproof bait stations so that the pets cannot get to it and ingest it.  We bait the basement and set up traps on the upper floors.  We thoroughly inspect the foundation for access points and seal those areas to prevent rodents from entering the home in the future.
